Day 10: Losing Man June 7, 2007

Thursday. Up at 6am and ran. Went better than yesterday, but still hard. Making it all the way without stopping and eager to press myself next week to see how I can extend my run again.

I am thinking about weighing myself every 10 days. When I started 10 days ago I was a solid 180lbs. Today I am 177.5lbs. Weight is not the main point for me. It’s about being healthier, feeling better, and then losing the weight. It’ all connected, but in terms of what I want – that’s the order.
