Day 120: Becoming. September 24, 2007

Monday. 3.1 miles in 31:38. It’s day 120, which means reporting on my progress (every 30 days). You can see all my reports on the “Becoming.” For this report:

I am now running 3.1, 4 and 5 miles runs regularly – a minimum of 4 days a week. My current weight is 158, for a total weight loss so far of 22 lbs. Another 18 to go!

That’s awesome. I’ve started this journey three weeks ago with personal training and spinning. I’ve lost 11 pounds so far; I can do 50+ crunches in one sitting; and my blood pressure is back to normal.
