Tuesday. 5 miles in 50:10. Great day for running. Sunny and cool. Tomorrow marks another 30 days. I wish I was further along, but I am still happy with my consistent progress. See you then.

I believe you can become a runner and lose your overweight if you combine with diet. My sister used to be overweighed and she did lose nearly 30 pounds in three months. Of course she has had to eat more vegetables, fruits, fishes instead of meat and other favourites food as she used to.

VanLe. Thanks, I’ll think about that. 😉 Actually I am a runner – regularly hitting 5 mile runs each time I go out. And I have lost 26 lbs since I started through a healthier diet and exercise. I am sure you just missed the point of the blog. No big deal. Thanks for stopping by man.
