Black Friday. November 23, 2007

Black Friday. You know what that means – nothing to me. It’s just another day to run. 7.3 miles in 1:21:20. Not a great time. It’s cold, and I felt a little sluggish going out today, but felt great afterward. I have to remind myself that even my slow runs, or my bad runs, are still good in that I am running, and running farther than I ever thought I would.
